Tele500.com will keep confidential, except where required by law, all information provided by the Customer, including email addresses, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Tele500.com ensures the security of the information provided by Customer by encrypting all the information through the secure socket layer (SSL) before it is sent to Tele500.com through the https://ssl-secured-net.com/tele500.com/ website. This 128/256-bit SSL encryption certificate is provided by GeoTrust. However, the Customer acknowledges that the public Internet is used for network access and will hold Tele500.com harmless against any privacy breach that might, notwithstanding the use of SSL, occur.

2. Use of Personal Information

Information the Customer provides or Tele500.com holds, such as Customer name, e-mail address, billing and delivery address, credit card or other payment information (whether or not under this Contract) may be used by Tele500.com, associated companies, it's employees, agents, independent representatives and/or other relevant third parties, to: (a) Identify the Customer when he makes telephone enquiries; (b) Help administer any accounts, services and products offered by Tele500.com now or in the future; (c) Contact the Customer in writing or by telephone with information about other services and products offered by tele500.com; (d) Tell the Customer about discounts and offers which are available. (e) Help Tele500.com to detect fraud or loss. Tele500.com may, in connection with this, carry out credit and fraud prevention checks with licensed credit reference and fraud prevention agencies. The delivery address given to Tele500.com on the first order must match the address to which the appropriate credit card is billed; (f) Fraud prevention and management of the Customer's accounts or insurance policies;

We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests, to save your session so you don't have to re-login each time you visit our site, and for other purposes.

4. Financial information

We collect visitor's financial information (like their credit card numbers). Financial information that is collected is used to check the users' qualifications and bill the user for products and services.
